Crazy Kicks ships orders daily from Monday through Saturday, with the exception of domestic holidays. After receiving the order, it normally takes 10-15 days to deliver the order at your door step. All sales with Crazy Kicks are final. Crazy Kicks is a consignment marketplace, meaning all items we carry and offer on this site are provided by independent owners. Once an item sells, the owner receives payment for their merchandise. Because of this, we are unable to process returns or exchanges.

If you receive any defected item, fake or counterfeit, size issue then we will surely review it and exchange it. Customer satisfaction is our priority.
